By using this platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into agreements

GATHR does not guarantee booking confirmation.

• Venue discovery and comparison
• Sharing of venue details and availability
• Facilitating communication between users and venue owners

• GATHR may assist in initiating booking requests
• Final booking confirmation is solely between the user and the venue owner
• The venue owner's policies govern payments, refunds, and cancellations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Not misuse the platform
• Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

GATHR:

• Does not guarantee venue availability
• Is not responsible for service quality, pricing changes, or disputes
• Acts only as an intermediary

All venues and services listed are third-party providers. GATHR is not liable for:

• Service failures
• Misrepresentation
• Damages or losses

All content on the platform (logo, text, design) belongs to GATHR and may not be used without permission.

GATHR reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access for misuse
• Remove listings or users without prior notice

GATHR shall not be liable for:

• Booking failures
• Financial losses
• Event cancellations
• Any indirect or consequential damages

The laws of India shall govern these Terms. Jurisdiction: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

GATHR may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
